Welcome to East Coast Auto Haulers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.eastcoastautohaulers.com and any related services provided by East Coast Auto Haulers ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
East Coast Auto Haulers offers nationwide auto transport services including but not limited to door-to-door transport, snowbird transport, dealership and auction services. We act as a licensed and bonded auto transport broker and connect customers with vetted, insured carriers.
2. Quotes & Bookings
All quotes provided are non-binding until confirmed by a signed agreement or booking. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle type, condition, time of year, location, and market conditions.
3. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses and ensuring vehicle accessibility.
4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
- The customer must ensure the vehicle is operable unless otherwise agreed.
- A pre-transport and post-transport inspection will be conducted.
- Customers must report any damages at delivery time, before signing the Bill of Lading.
- Personal items up to 100 lbs may be transported inside the vehicle at the carrier’s discretion.
- East Coast Auto Haulers and the carrier are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Bookings canceled prior to carrier assignment may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once a carrier is assigned, a cancellation fee may apply.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered or in-progress shipments.
You agree to:
- Be available (or provide an authorized agent) for pickup and delivery.
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for transport.
- Remove or disable any toll transponders and secure loose parts.
East Coast Auto Haulers acts solely as a broker and is not liable for:
- Delays in pickup or delivery.
- Damage caused by the carrier.
- Lost or damaged personal items.
All transport carriers contracted through us are insured and liable for vehicle damages during transit.
10. Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
