Seeing as your car is being shipped within the United States, all you need to do is sign off on the paperwork we take care of on your behalf, verifying any existing damage before your car is hauled away.

Yes. However, owing to the unpredictable nature of our industry, we work more in “windows” than set times. Make sure someone is available at the agreed-upon pick-up location all day. While we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times, rest assured that we do everything in our power to move your car from A to B as swiftly as possible.
Depending on the time of year, our auto transport services schedule can fill up very quickly. While we strive to get your vehicle loaded and on-the-move within 1-7 days, we recommend giving us at least 2 weeks’ notice to be on the safe side.
In general, you can expect to wait 3-5 days for North and South-bound vehicles, and 5-9 days for East and West transport.
Absolutely! When you enquire, be sure to let us know if the move is urgent. For a rush fee, we can bump your auto hauling shipment up to the top of our schedule.

This is entirely up to you! While enclosed auto transport services cost more, it pays to have an extra layer of protection between your vehicle and the elements. Open transport is the most common car shipping method in America, which most of our clients opt for. While it is the least expensive auto hauling method, many clients opt for enclosed transport for protection against dust, UV rays, rain, snow, and other unpredictable elements and weather scenarios. Open transport is fine for most vehicles, but we strongly recommend enclosed transport for antique or luxury cars that carry a higher value.
You are welcome to leave one bag or suitcase of up to 100 lbs. in your vehicle, which we won’t charge extra for. However, bear in mind that this baggage must be stored in the trunk or storage area, below window level and seats, while remaining in an upright position. If you’ll be leaving a bag in your car, be sure to let us know when you book to ensure safe and timely shipping, while helping us adhere to all physical and legal regulations. Contact us if you have any questions about prohibited items.
We strongly advise against leaving personal items in your vehicle, for several reasons. Firstly, we are unable to take liability for any items that go missing. Secondly, our car hauling insurance does not cover personal possessions inside the vehicle during shipment. Lastly, we have to adhere to certain limits for loaded trailers and trucks, and personal items can add extra weight that risks delays and potential fines for us. It’s better for everyone to clear your car of your personal possessions before we collect it!
Typically, our team will only need to drive your vehicle on and off the truck or trailer. If your car is sharing a ride with other vehicles on a multi-car carrier, we may need to load and reload your car to make room for other vehicles picked up at different points of the journey. If you’re worried about your vehicle being driven more than this, you can always check the odometer at collection and drop-off to be sure.
You’ll receive tracking updates at every stage of your car’s journey. You are also welcome to place a tracking device inside your vehicle for added peace of mind!

We offer nationwide door-to-door auto transport services, but auto hauling doesn’t come without its challenges! If your location doesn’t fall within a common shipping route, it can take a little longer to collect and ship your vehicle. Bear in mind that shipping from outlying areas will add mileage and time to the quote. You can potentially avoid all this by considering driving to the nearest city for timely and more efficient pick-up.
